I recently had the pleasure of working with PENN Home Update inside and outside our 30 year old home. Services included new outdoor patio and walkways, new front door, sliding glass door and above the slider new large glass panels. Inside the house new hardwood floors were put down, the master bathroom and master closet were completely redone. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. George, the owner, is fantastic and made the entire process so easy. He was always available to answer questions and provided valuable insights that helped bring my vision to life. His staff were courteous and meticulous in their craftsmanship, paying attention to every detail to ensure the highest quality work. The master bathroom and closet now feel like a luxurious retreat, and the outdoor patio has become our favorite spot to relax and entertain guests. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend PENN for any remodeling projects. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly unmatched.
100% HIGHLY recommend Penn Home Remodeling Service! Four years ago, they did an outstanding job installing a paver patio with a step and a walkway for us. Recently, I noticed that some of the ground had shifted, causing two of the stones to become loose. I reached out to George today, and to my amazement, he responded promptly and came over within the same hour.
He immediately sent his team to repair the loose stones and instructed them to check the entire perimeter of the patio for any other issues. They also brought extra topsoil to cover any areas that had lost some. His workers spent 3 hours here touching up anything that didn’t meet their standards. The best part? He didn’t charge me a penny for this follow-up service. George simply said “continue enjoying your patio”!
The initial job was fantastic, and the follow-up service four years later was beyond exceptional. This is a prime example of excellent customer service. Thank you, Penn Home Remodeling Service! AMAZING !

Third time hiring PENN Home Remodeling, they have done a wonderful job each time. My recent driveway and sidewalk replacement was so smooth and hassle free. The team showed up on time, worked hard on the hottest days this summer, cleaned up and completed the project quickly. Looks fabulous! Highly recommend.

Concrete sidewalk building, Driveway replacement
Joe came out quickly and gave a quick, friendly and thorough estimate of our project, which was converting an old gravel walkway into a poured concrete walk. I wasn't there when George and another worker came to do the work but my wife said they were friendly and quiet and professional, didn't even bother the dogs! The work was done quickly and the quality is great. Vast improvement and we're very happy with the work. George called the next day to follow up and we would hire them again for any other jobs we need
